Where is the studio located?
The Relief Room is located at 3725 Silver Star Rd, Unit 3773, Orlando, FL. The exact unit and parking details are sent to you by email once your appointment is confirmed.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book yourself directly from the Book page — pick your session length, choose a time that works for you, and pay a small deposit to lock in the appointment. You'll get a confirmation with the studio address right after.
What should I expect during a session at the studio?
You'll walk into a calming, spa-style room with warm linens, soft music, premium oils, and thoughtful touches already set. You just show up and exhale — I take care of the rest.
What should I wear?
You undress to your comfort level and get under the sheets on the table. Your body is always properly draped during the session — only the area being worked on is uncovered.
Do you offer deep tissue or only relaxation massage?
Every session is customized. I blend therapeutic deep tissue, Swedish relaxation, and focused trigger-point work based on what your body needs that day. You can also add enhancements like hot stones or aromatherapy.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes — a $30 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. It's applied directly to your session total, so you'll only owe the remaining balance at your visit.
What is your cancellation policy?
I ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. I understand life happens — just communicate with me as soon as you can.
Do you offer mobile massage?
Mobile massage is available by request for clients near the Orlando area. Because it takes extra travel and setup time, mobile sessions aren't self-bookable online — just reach out through the Contact page and I'll get you scheduled.
Is tipping expected?
Tipping is never expected but always appreciated. The best compliment you can give is a referral or a review.
Can I book for a couple or a group?
Yes! I can arrange back-to-back sessions for couples or small groups. For events or corporate wellness, reach out directly and I'll put together a custom plan.
