Booking & cancellation.
At The Relief Room Massage, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness for all clients and to protect reserved appointment times, please review the following policies before booking.
Deposit Policy
- A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
- Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your massage at the time of your appointment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- If you cancel or reschedule 24 hours or more before your appointment, your $30 deposit may be transferred to one future appointment.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, your $30 deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred to another appointment.
No-Show Policy
- Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not provide notice (no-shows) will be charged the remaining balance of the scheduled service in addition to forfeiting their deposit.
Late Arrival Policy
- If you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time to avoid delaying other clients.
- You will receive the remaining time available for your massage and will still be responsible for paying the full cost of the scheduled service.
